ARGO MPC: High Efficiency Multi-Pass Cell Post-Compression for Yb Lasers

ARGO MPC is a non-linear pulse compression system with available pump laser integration. It achieves compression factors up to 10x, and pulse durations down to 30 fs with market-leading throughput. Wavelength conversion stages enable 515 nm and 343 nm outputs at short pulse durations. Our new Class 5 Bridge, an IoT-enabled modular control system, connects multiple ARGO units to build advanced pump-probe setups.

Is a pump laser included with the ARGO MPC?

The ARGO MPC line is specifically designed to operate with a wide range of Yb-lasers. Our systems can be integrated with existing Yb-lasers or, upon request, delivered as a complete system that includes a new pump laser.

What are the shortest pulse durations supported by ARGO?

For ARGO 1030, pulses are compressed to durations below 30 fs. For ARGO 1030 Pro, pulse durations are below 50 fs.

Which wavelength options are available for the ARGO 1030 MPC?

The ARGO 1030 series offers a compressed output at 1030 nm. This output can be further converted to 515 nm (SHG) and 343 nm (THG) using our high-efficiency nonlinear frequency conversion stages.

If wavelength tunability is required, consider integrating also our ARGO OPCPA series, which can deliver wavelengths ranging from 200 nm to 16.2 µm.
