2-Photon and 3-Photon Microscopy Lasers
Our White Dwarf OPCPA product family is specially designed for advanced multi-photon imaging techniques, such as 2-photon and 3-photon imaging, with enhanced depth and frame-rate without elevating the risk of photodamage or diminishing image resolution. These techniques are vitally important for next generation neuroscience, cancer and immunology research as well as optogenetics.
We offer the White Dwarf laser for 2-photon imaging, for 3-photon imaging, and for combined 2- and 3-photon imaging with multiple laser outputs. Scientists have achieved tissue depth well beyond 1 mm with diffraction-limited resolution at high volumetric frame rates using the White Dwarf 3P. Also, the simultaneous functional imaging of 1 million neurons has been demonstrated using the White Dwarf 2P OPCPA. All our White Dwarf femtosecond laser systems can be used for optogenetics and hybrid multiphoton imaging techniques. The lasers can be individually configured for your specific experiment. Moreover, the White Dwarf makes your research future-proof by several upgrade options, e.g., additional outputs and higher power levels.
