White Dwarf 2p – two photon microscopy laser

Laser for 2-photon high-speed volumetric imaging
  • wavelength: 920 nm or 960 nm
  • high average power: > 2 W or  > 4 W
  • high repetition rate: 10 MHz
  • suitable for 2-photon high-speed volumetric imaging
  • based on industrial grade Yb-based femtosecond laser

Introduction

High performance femtosecond laser for two-photon microscopy (2p microscopy)

The White Dwarf is a femtosecond laser system specially designed for multi-photon microscopy offering highest performance and robustness.

With the highest peak power available for 2-photon microscopy, the White Dwarf allows neuroscientists to exploit advanced multiplexing techniques to image larger volumes at higher speeds. Additionally, the one-box solution offers compactness and robustness.
